Our intention is to raise produce and livestock in a way that it may reach it full potential. Our mission statement: “producing nutrient dense foods, healing ourselves and the earth.” We believe working with nature and biological farming to be superior to conventional chemical based agriculture.

Our Practices

We do not use any chemical fertilizers,hertbicides,or pesticides. Although we are not certified, all the suppliments are organic approved (OMRI). I like to use the term” beyond organic” to describe our practices. Our goal is to raise nutrient dense or high brix (a measurement taken by useing a refractometer)produce and pastures. Using a combination of technics and regular soil test from labs working with organic growers and supplemented accordingly and added minerals we saw brix levels double in some crops .We research,experiment,and work hard to produce the best nutrient dense clean food,what we and others like Dr. Arden Anderson in his book”Real Food Real Medicine”,calls medicinal quality food.

Highlights

Our 100 acre farm is located on the North edge of Fulton county in a diverse area of rolling hills with Eddy creek running thru the middle of the farm with pockets of woods here and there. Rebecca and I found this gem in 1999 and started building our Geodesic dome home with help of our friend Marty Fair (also a vender The Fair Bakery) we built 3/4 mile from the road and have an off grid electric system that powers our house and farm.In 2001 we built a octagon straw bale barn.

Misc.

Frost changes things quickley!, but some things will still survive. With cover over romaine,spinach and broccoli we should have for a time. Carrots will go into our large root cellar and keep well for months
