About Us

Our goal is to make high quality products that are healthy, fresh and tasty, without preservatives and additives.

Ingredients We Use

We use all organic and/or natural ingredients, like certified chemical free wheat, organic raw cane sugar, olive oil, butter, and sea salt.

Our Practices

We grind our own wheat and grains for the freshness and maximum health benefits of our products. Our sourdoughs are made from our own starter, and are done the old fashioned way without yeast, it takes 2-3 days to make a sourdough loaf. A number of our other breads are made with a fermented starter, which takes 24 hours to make. It gives the bread a distinct flavor and texture. As we use mainly whole grains it produces a softer bread. Everything we make is made from scratch. We work from a certified kitchen. We use local products as much as possible.

Highlights

Our specialities are European style breads and American sourdough or yeast breads.

We also specialize in real fruit pies, with whole wheat crust and raw sugar, available with organic or non- organic fruit.We co-garden at Earth cure Farm, so most of the produce and fruit used are organic, local and processed by ourselves.

We raise our own bees and spin the pure raw honey ourselves.The hives are placed on an organic farm.

We also have homemade soap, with organic tallow. No preservatives, chemicals or parabens.

                       Aged 60 days.

From the flyer: Our farm produces raw cheese from grass fed Jersey cows. We rotationally graze our cows on 60 acres of pasture with grass and clover. We practice environmentally friendly biodynamic farming methods. Chemical fertilizers, synthetic hormones or toxic pesticides are never used on our farm. When grazing animals are raised on their natural diet of grass instead of grain, their products are lower in “Bad Fat” and calories but higher in potentially life-saving “Good Fat”.Our products have up to three times more nutritional value than most commercial available cheese. Many natural nutrients in milk are altered or destroyed when temperatures exceed 110 degrees fahrenheid. We do not pasturize our milk and our cheese making recipe temperatures do not exceed 103 degrees. All of our cheese meets the Federal Law Specifications because none of our cheese leaves the curing room untill it is aged a minimum of 60 days. Grass farming practices enhance the quality of the soil and its microorganisms.Our cows get SEA 90 salt from the ocean with 90 trace elements.
