C’s BEANS Home-Roasted Coffee offers only Fair Trade Organic coffees. My name is Paul, I am a retired school teacher, and I have enjoyed roasting coffee for three years. Family and friends have encouraged me to do more so my business has grown steadily. I enjoy roasting as the house fills with the aroma of a good bean!

Ingredients We Use

Sumatra - Shade grown in the mountains of Sumatra, Indonesia. This coffee is full
bodied, full flavor. This coffee is also great for espresso.

Honduras - Light and tasty, smooth and flavorful.

Peru Decaf - Swiss water processed. Bright and lively, medium body.
Nearly as strong as regular coffee. A good Decaf choice.

Our Practices

Roasting goes on weekly to insure freshness and proper quantities. The roast can be light, medium, dark, or espresso. Two types of roasters are used for up to two pounds at a time. The grind can be fine, medium, coarse. Also available in whole bean.
