About Us
Our Breads are made using all natural but not organic ingredients. We use a small amount of yeast and a long, slow rise to make French style breads.
Ingredients We Use
Unbleached white and wheat flours, yeast, salt and water, plus whatever special ingredients are indicated.
Our Practices
We will be expanding our selections as time goes on and will feature at least one “specialty” bread a week, depending on the response.
