This is a large baguette, about a pound. Very crunchy crust, typical Ciabatta type chewy interior. Great with unsalted butter and a sprinkle of good sea salt. Ingredients: Organic white flour, yeast, water, sea salt, white vinegar. It is legal to sell baked goods made in a non-certified kitchen. My kitchen has not been inspected.
