This is a one-pound baguette with organic Herbes de Provence, a traditional French mix of herbs that includes lavender, rosemary, oregano and thyme. Very crunchy crust. It's topped with more herbs and organic sea salt. Ingredients: Organic white flour, yeast, water, white vinegar, organic lavender, organic rosemary, organic sea salt. It is legal to sell baked goods made in a non-certified kitchen. My kitchen has not been inspected.
