Distribution
Contact: Greg
As a volunteer-run food cooperative, we need 3 people EVERY Wednesday and Saturday to help run the food distribution. We need Greeters and Cashiers and Child Activity Leader. Helping with distribution is a fun way to get involved with the Purple Porch Co-op, to get to know people in this community, and to help make a difference.
Wednesdays: You can sign up to volunteer the whole time (4:30-7:00) or for the first half (4:30-5:45pm) or second half (5:45-7:00pm) of the evening.
Saturdays: You can sign up to volunteer the whole time (9:00-11:00 am).
If everyone signs up once every-other month, we can keep this remarkable food market running. Each week there will be a leader who oversees the evening and helps you with your roles.

- Gleaners: Work with other local agencies to help coordinate gleaning efforts for farmers and gardeners who have excess food and want to get it into the hands of others quickly.
